One of the most common aspirations from clients is to lose weight or gain muscle, often both. Together we can devise a personalised programme to achieve your goals.
A correct and varied diet is key for maximising progress and is arguably more important as training itself. Having been involved in the fitness industry for some time, I will be able to offer detailed information to you regarding correct nutrition.
A great deal of focus is placed on correct form and posture in my sessions to prevent injuries from occurring, however I am able to work with clients whom have already sustained an injury to ensure they get back to 100% safely .
Personal attention will not stop at the gym doors if you are a client of mine. You can be sure to have advice and regular communication outside of your sessions, so do not hesitate to get in touch.
